1, Do I need to bring anything with me for the massage ?
No, I supply towels and oils/creams required
2, How often should I get a massage ?
Once a month is ideal, but really when ever you feel the need
3, Is it ok to talk during the massage ?
Of course talk as much or as little as you wish, just generally, or you may want to let me know if you are getting cold or too hot. If an area is giving you pain please tell me, equally if you would like the massage to be a bit deeper or lighter in certain areas, that is fine to advise me. Its also quite ok to fall asleep too, many clients do !
4, How much do I wear during the massage ?
I want you to feel relaxed so please undress down to your own comfort level
5, Is there a time when I should not have a massage ?
There are a number of contraindications for not receiving massage or proceeding with caution, I will ask you to complete a consultation form upon your first visit, this form covers these contraindications. You should not have a massage if you have fever, colds, infectious conditions, multiple sclerosis or after eating a large meal. There are other contra-indications, however these will be assessed when you visit and the massage will take them into account as required. Certain conditions I will require a GP authority letter.
